Occupy Their Mailboxes

The first en masse mailing campaign began on
MONDAY, OCTOBER 17th. But, it's still going on. If you haven't mailed your congress people yet, please do.

Since then, though, much has happened. And there are more ways to be involved.
Of course, being on site or donating to those who are there is the best way to contribute. But, if you cannot, here are a couple more ways you can help:
1.) Transfer your money from a major bank to a local bank or credit union in solidarity with the thousands who said no to corruption and yes to their local communities on Bank Transfer Day.
2.) As the holidays approach for many, you can Occupy The Holidays by demonstrating our collective purchasing power and buying gifts from only local stores.

On September 17, 2011, people from across the nation occupied New York City's Wall Street and refused to move until corporate greed and corrupt politics no longer set the policies of our nation. They are still there. And, in cities across the country, similar movements have blossomed.

In solidarity with Occupy Wall Street and the nationwide Occupy movement, this site is for those who, due to circumstance or distance, cannot be on site to peacefully protest. You can still take part.

We intend to overflow the mailboxes of our government with focused mass mailings.

To beat these Goliaths, we need all the slings we can get and this campaign's aim is to give you the tools to help the cause from wherever you are, as well as take part in active decision-making.
